"This is a strange hotel to review - once a grand building, now very tired. The room we had was spacious but it took 5 mins to get in and out as the key was temperamental. I had to show ladies a few doors down how to operate theirs, too (so not just us). One socket in the whole room. The tiny reception wasn't manned very often. The area outside was ropey (didn't feel safe unless accompanied) but I have to say, the location of the hotel is great for visiting Pikes Market etc."

"Bus stop outside the hotel provides a 15 min bus ride right to the T-mobile arena! Staff we’re incredibly friendly and the makeup wipes they had in the rooms were AMAZING."
