"It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. Our electronic door lock broke and they couldn't even...

"The house was perfect for 5 women (sisters) who came from CA, OR and WA. The house was clean, and situated in a good neighborhood.My only suggestion is to write clearly the instructions of how to use the heater, and to add a reclining chair in the living room."

"Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways."

"I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady."
