The only thing I saw as a downside is that our room was just above where people go to smoke so I had to smell the cigarrete smoke because the room was boiling as the air conditioning wasn't working. "Friendly welcome from all staff. Room is reasonable size and good size bathroom. Fan available as no air-conditioning. Good parking and picnic tables available outside. It is isolated but there is a lovely restaurant on same sight. Slightly higher prices than average very good food. Hotel provides excellent breakfast with 2 price options available which we thought was a great idea. "
