I booked the hotel and when I got there it was closed I called the number and a guy that didn't know English tried to explain to me that the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus virus (yet they charged me for the room)

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT THE WASH BASIN WAS MISSING SOMETHING. THIS SOMETHING LEFT A LARGE HOLE. THE SERVICE AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD POSITION.

Disappointing
Premiere Classe should never release a room for re-rent with the bolts holding the toilet seat missing and the extract fan not there. The grimly sticky bedroom floor added to the feeling that this hotel (& perhaps the chain) is no longer interested in repeat custom. That would be disappointing, as I love the concept of the no-frills bed machine.

I had to pay again for the rooms I had alreday paid for in order to check in into our rooms because there was no receptionist to check in with. We had to check in with a machine that did not have very clear instructions. When the receptionist showed up late in the afternoon I asked why I had to pay again and she infomed me that there was nothing she could do.
