"Nothing to dislike.very spacious apartment, clean, everything you needed.great shower.plenty of towels which were changed twice on our 10 night stay.all staff very friendly can't wait to return thank you so much"

"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
