"Whole hotel and room were clean, thermostat didn’t work great and neither did the tv remote. Breakfast was ice cold and things such as bananas, muffins and Nutella were never refilled from day 1 of our 3 night stay. My daughter brought a cup of apple juice back to our room and the very next morning there was mold on top. So I’d pass on the free breakfast n take your chances at BK next door. "

"Always love to stay at HolidayInn Express. The rooms are always updated and clean, and the free breakfast is one of the best available from any hotel. There was a little extra noise from being so close to the Interstate and then a small flashing led on the smoke detector freaked me out at first, but both things were very minor. "

"The room was very clean. Staff were wonderful. The only issue was the pool room was freezing cold, the pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was the only place the kids could swim in and it was not filled up all the way because all the kids there were swimming in the hot tub because of how cold the pool water and pool room was. Everything else was great about the stay."

"The shower didn't shut off so the water dripped all night. When we took a shower, the faucet was very loose from the wall. There was a cobweb with a spider in it right next to the towels. It did not look like the room had been swept in awhile. Also the shampoo and conditioner had been used. "
