"Quiet and comfortable, with an exceptional value for money. Nice look and reasonable space. Hot drinks and snacks provided, plus fridge. Very close to town centre and easy to access / park. Only minor negative was a noisy hot water pipe, which only happened infrequently, otherwise an excellent time had by all."

Both rooms were freshly painted and had been thoughtfully decorated.. However, neither bathroom had a shelf - awkward - and one room had only an overhead light.
