"30days prior to our stay we requested cutting our 4 nights down to 3. They approved but told us They would only refund us for half of that day. I thought it was pretty inconvenient.We were informed that there was a problem with the front door lock and so we’d have to use the downstairs lock. There was a lock box and that key got stuck in the deadbolt. There seem to be no lighting outside, so it was very dark on arrival. The house was big and fairly clean, big TVs and couch was comfortable.. But...

"We enjoyed Lake Livingston from the beautiful home on the lake. Loved all the outdoor spaces to relax. Took some awesome sunset photos from the kayak. Had all we needed to prepare meals & we’re very comfortable at the house. Master shower was extremely nice. Would stay again. "

"Though the property is out of the way and not super easy to find, it is a lovely little space with all the basic comforts. The owner is very responsive to any needs, and you can even schedule meal service with her if you like. There is fabulous A/C inside and a welcoming fire pit out front to enjoy. You also have your choice of a futon in the living room, a super soft queen bed, and a nice firm king bed. Make sure to look for the red barn-like home on the property, since we got confused and...

"The pictures accurately reflect the property! It is clean and spacious and has everything you need, even an ice maker! Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard and that made his stay easier as well..Dorothy, our host, was easy to communicate with and a gracious host. We will definitely return when in the area…"
