"Appeared to be new and very clean."

"Arrived around 11 pm and had notified the hotel I would be arriving late. There was no one at the counter to check me in. Another customer was waiting for her room. She had checked in and gotten key. When she got to her room the beds were not even made. The check in clerk had left the front counter to go clean this ladies room. I had to wait several minutes until someone had called for the manager to come to the hotel and help out. "

"This updated Ramada was very nice and we would stay again, But… the AC wall unit in room 207 needs to be check and replaced. The air coming out of it smelled like urine. I did let the desk know , I hope she reported it because for the price and convenience it’s a nice place to stay."

"It was a last minute decision to stay since traffic was so bad. My husband and I just had to pull off for the night. luckily there were 2 rooms left. The girl at the front desk was amazing at helping us with my gift card. It helped us decompress and start the next day. Very comfortable bed."
