"Super convenient to ski slopes. The hot tub was not functioning, also water was out when we arrived. Water was murky & cold through the next day once it started working. Check in for 1 of the rooms out of the 2 we reserved, was well past check in time. "

"It was good except the pool area was closed because the roof collapsed. The front desk receptionist was nice. The beds were pretty comfortable.The lady that worked in the breakfast area on the last day of our stay was horrible. First she yelled at my daughter for pouring too much batter into the waffle maker. Then when they were about to close, my husband was get me some tea and the lady came out with the cart and my husband didn't move out of her way quick enough so she deliberately pushed the...

"The room was very small yet comfortable. Bathroom was very tight. Very little space to put things. The bed was very soft and cozy. However there was a dead bug squished in The curtains. Cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch and a wine tasing with great cheese was a special treat. The entrance to the Billings farm was free because we stayed at the Inn. Nice touch."

"Great location! great service! Room is clean and nice. We really had a good time there. The facility might be a little bit old but it is perfect ofr vintage style lovers. Downside: it is close to rail road. And tain will horning in 2am, 4am... There is no thick curtain in the room so if you are restrict to sleeping env. "

"We stayed 2 nights on Thanksgiving we were visiting family nearby. TOTR served our needs perfectly! It was clean, warm and friendly. Not fancy, not expensive at all, we just slept there. It was a mile from my brother's house. I forgot my ice/snow brush for the car and by morning, we had several inches on the ground. The woman at the front desk loaned me a broom and even ran out to help me clean the car. It was a great stay, I am glad we found Turn of the River."

"The staff is amazing. Very accommodating. We like that there are rooms available with a good size kitchen, living area and dining room. The hotel breakfast is fresh and different everyday….lots of options. The laundry area is easy to get to. Our only concern is that this hotel is older and needs some attention to fix some of the aging areas in the rooms. "

"This is a very convenient location. There is a grocery store across the street and the shops of Woodstock are a 5 minute walk. I also appreciate how the staff worked with my recent knee injury. They got me a downstairs room with a walk-in shower so I could avoid further injury. An excellent stay overall!"

"There was a big stain on the carpet in the room. I have stayed in this room before and there was no stain. Seems like the desk was also taken out. Not as good as a stay as at other visits to this hotel."

"Very close to hospital. Clean, quiet and room was comfortable. Expenses were incorrectly added to my account but was quickly corrected when brought to mgmt attention. Will stay again"
