She was absolutely fantastic and made sure my item was located and shipped out to me ASAP. The hotel itself is average, but I would return just for the friendliness of the staff. "

"The place is good, average breakfast, beds are good. I had a few problems, like: - I did the check-in online (Hilton Honors) including choosing a room and when I arrived the front desk just change the room and put me in a different one without even telling me why she did that (I definitely didn't like that at all). Next morning I was filling my big jug of water, and the lady didn't let me do it, saying that I had to use the small cups to fill it up. Just to be clear, it's an igloo 1 gallon jug...
