"The property was updated, however, it was weird in that it did not have and windows, in our room 206, it had 2 small unreachable windows. There was no window for you to look out through. The area seem a bit sketchy but it was ok. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a good hotel for the price. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city center. You need a taxi to go around but the hotel staff could help you with booking the taxi!"

"I truly enjoyed my entire stay at A’more. If you are looking for a private, peaceful and custom boutique hotel this is your place. Romantic getaway, or a place to self reflect and have a place to getaway for the hustle this is your place. The chef has an exquisite menu and caters to profession. I loved the entire staff as they go beyond expectations. The rooms are detailed, clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean. I am looking forward for my next visit. "

"No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. No window in bedroom to outside for fresh air. No hot water either. Was there for 3 days and didn't see room service once. Tried switching hotel's with Expedia and they were as terrible as the hotel. They apparently couldn't get ahold of the hotel manager to find about cancelation policy and partial refund. Overall was a terrible experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel or Expedia. "

"We loved our stay at Agua Azul and can’t wait to return next year. Amy is a fabulous host who has thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. The location is a 10 minute taxi ride to town so this is the place if you are looking to unwind and relax. There are two beaches a short walk away - we saw turtles one evening. "With the exception of 2 staff members the attitude was terrible The location is too remote from restaurants and bars the hotels restaurant bar and terrace were all closed the pool was dirty about to go green no where to lounge by the pool even after asking for a banana loumge to be moved from the closed terrace they said no. "There are very few moments that I had such remarkable experiences in life like I had in Casa Lu.
