"Isn't any too updated but that's a lot of things in the Soo. Was clean and comfortable enough though and would be great in the summer months if you wanted to be right downtown amongst the shops and is certainly a Soo Locks View place. Canceled my 1st of 3 nights stay the same day I was going to stay there and they allowed me to, so that was something they didn't have to do but did anyways so was very ,very nice of them!"

"This is a very nice historic hotel that could use a little TLC. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was excellent. It could just use a few updates and fixes while preserving the history."
