"Super cute cottage on Sugar Island. This was my first time on the island. We didn’t have much time to explore, but getting to the cottage was easy. Perfect place for my daughter and I for a weekend of hockey in The Soo. (There for sure would’ve been room for the whole family to stay though.) We will be keeping this place in mind for more hockey trips that fall when it’s open! "

Everything we needed was provided, including kitchen supplies, cozy blankets, comfortable bedding, and a selection of DVDs for evening movies. "We loved our stay! The picture window that looks out to Lake Superior was the perfect view! Fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Clean and cozy cottage. The beach access is right in the backyard- down some steps. The first night we saw northern lights and amazing stars. 10/10 would recommend this cottage! Excellent hosts!"

"Did not use bunk house but cabin was perfect size for 2-4 people. It was clean and comfortable. Great place to launch day trips and an even better place to come back to. Access to beach right out the door and can watch freighters come and go day and night. Hard to beat!"

"Our 3-generation family travelled to Brimley, MI to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our son, who is attending a local college. Trent & Kristine's cottage was a perfect spot for us. The cottage was stunning, well equipped and spotless! We enjoyed exploring the area during the day, and cozying up by the fireplace in the evenings. Trent and Kristine were very quick to answer any questions we had and made up feel very welcome in their cabin. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"Great location. It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Cabin was rustic as advertised. Some maintenance could be done, but it didn't really bother us that much. The price was reasonable for our 7 night stay. We were able to rest comfortably and the view was wonderful!"

"Everything about the description was correct. House is updated throughout.All the utensils you need for cooking and cleaning are in the house. The grill worked and had propane for use with it. The neighbors waved and said hello. Easy access to the freeway. Great communication with the host. Truly an awesome experience."
