"The front desk staff is extremely nice - always kind and helpful. For this reason alone I stay there. The neighborhood is questionable though I only go out to get in the car so this part of my statement may be erroneous. I've stayed in many other Holiday Inn Expresses since COVID and my room was in great shape comparatively speaking. Kudos to the staff for listening to my questions and being upbeat!"

"Annoying that management turns off access to free wifi on your last day of trip, it should stay on until checkout at 11am. "It’s a nice hotel for the price. The rooms need a little touch up on the walls, but overall everything was good. Tv had YouTube. A/C was ice cold. Restroom was clean. Mini fridges work well. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ralph’s is down the street to get some snacks. No complaints. There’s a deposit, but that’s not an issue since it’s in cash and you get it right away the next morning if you don’t break anything or smoke inside.
