"A short walk from the bus stop from Lucerne. The staff were very helpful and patient with questions (spoke many languages!) The rooms are charming with unbelievable views. Although the hallway sensor light took some time to get used to it was fine. Food was excellent. We even got to see an amazing trio (Viola, violin and piano) followed by a champagne reception and 4 course dinner! Will definitely return!"

"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...
