"PROS: Hotel was clean. Area seemed safe and more quiet than inner city. Check in was quick and easy with excellent customer service. Restaurant was decent, and the bartender, Sean, was a pleasure. Pool view was beautiful. CONS: No microwave in the room. Elevators are kind of slow to arrive, but elevator doors close extremely fast. Not sure if the sensors work well. A tourism fee was added after stay. It wasn’t much, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Breakfast was okay, but the...

"Angel checked me in and was super helpful, shai helped me stay another week at a decent rate and was a sweetheart.. and Miranda took care of the new reservation and was super helpful and kind. The guests I met were friendly and I felt like I was with a big warm family down to the room service personnel. "
