"Amazing location! Felt like you were staying in a movie house. Everything was well positioned and organized. It was just perfect! Gustavoooo is an amazing man. Very happy with his service. Have in mind that the size of rooms may not be the biggest ones, but they are still perfect! I did not want to leave and will probably come back."

"Our stay was great. The hotel is right on the lake with a great view. The food was awesome. Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna. We did not use the kayak, jet ski, horseback riding or boat rides but can say they were available for guests"

Lastimosamente el lunar grande es que escogí el hotel en buena medida porque ofrece servicio de paraueadero, sin embargo la sorpresa fue que no tiene servicio de parqueadero y los autos se deben ubicar en la calle, lo cual resultó muy molesto para mi estadía "

"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
