"Stunning location. Our room was great but the walls are very thin and every movement can be heard from the room above and next door. Service in the bar is a little disinterested. "Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tahiti Player Hotel. The staff on reception were always helpful, pleasant and professional. There is a train line in front of the hotel, so you had to take steps and go through a tunnel underneath the train track to get to and from the hotel. Due to heavy rain the first day this was flooded and often full of rubbish and debris. Not pleasant to walk through. I certainly wouldn't walk there on my own at night."

"This a good hotel for the price you pay. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant and a fresh cooking station. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The front of the hotel has been done up. Our room needed updating but was fine. There was a sewage smell from time to time from the bathroom unfortunately but they seem to be aware and a freshner smell comes through after a while"
