"We are eight cyclists and had to book Best Price hotel because our airline changed our flight. We were allowed to take our bikes to our rooms and reassemble them either in our room or reception. We were then allowed to store all our bike boxes and luggage behind reception ready for taxi pick up later in the day. First class service! "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Costabella and were genuinely impressed. Although it’s a three-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations and felt much closer to a four-star experience. The hotel is clearly investing in continuous renovations and upgrades, and it really shows — the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the landscaping around the pool area is beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to relax. The location is slightly outside the centre of Girona, but we actually enjoyed that — we’re quite active and loved running into town and exploring the nearby trails. It’s also an excellent base if you’re into cycling. The hotel offers secure bike storage with private lockers, which was perfect for our coworking setup while we were there. The gym was the only part that felt a little dated and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. We’d definitely recommend Hotel Costabella and would happily stay again!"

"A very nice hotel in the heart of old town Girona. The location was perfect in order to appreciate the main parts of the old town. The hotel management was charming and assisted when necessary. This is a distinct complex that represents the beauties of midieval Girona. The breakfast was a treat and the areas available for dining all had memorable beauties. "
