"I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. I required non-emergent medical attention and the staff was wonderful in assisting my needs. Greatly appreciate their care for me during my stay in Jeonju. Also, the hotel is conveniently located 3km away from Jeonju Station (ktx), and about ten minute drive to the bus terminal. "

The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...
