(He says smoking rooms are cheaper because "they stink." The property is in terrible state of repair, comparable to 3rd world. AC worked but roared like a jet engine with bad bearings.Door locks are weak and broken; TV hangs on a single, tilting, and tentative mount. "

"We travel to the lake several times a year and this house has won the vote as BEST HOUSE by my family! The open concept was perfect for gatherings and all the rooms were very spacious. The flat yard was perfect to walk out to the water and the boat house was perfect for keeping our boat and jet skis. Arkadiy was very friendly and always available. We will definitely be back to this house!!! "

Boat towels, bath towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes galore! Beautifully decorated throughout! The host is personable, sweet and easy to communicate with! "We wanted to get away for my daughters 19th birthday and this was perfect! The only thing i would mention for future renters - take groceries with you! We wanted an out of the way place and we got it but we didnt think about groceries! I do highly recommend this home as it was beautiful and comfortable! It was amazing having the dock right there. We had a 4 person tube that we tied to the dock and just floated around. It was very relaxing! The owner was great as well. I left something behind and...
