I showed them our reservation and they indicated that those had all been cancelled yet we were never informed by Expedia, my multiple attempts to contact expedia were fruitless, no one ever answered the phone or responded to emails."

"What an unfortunate experience! The hotel is very small but beautiful. Unfortunately it’s experiencing some remodeling and staff can careless about the noice. Worked continued through 10:30 pm and did not stopped until I complained. My first night I was left out with no water because of the workers. The room’s walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from people walking, people talking, and cars and loud motorcycles outside. This is NOT a boutique hotel. I have stayed in better hostels."
