I like the location and the customer service. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, the building , the furniture ,floors the doors too old and in bad conditions, the elevators are really small and old .

It is by far the best location in town. The hotel is in the plaza. Allows for easy access and allows you to enjoy late night festivities at your door step. Love this location. The hotel itself is a bit antiquated but the location makes up for it.

hotel was in a good area and staff was friendly but is very outdated. shower water and faucet water also had a smell. room also needed to be cleaned.

Very clean and large (3 bed) room with desk, large bathroom and dining table with balcony. Walking distance from cathedral. Will stay again on next visit.

Desde mi llegada, me dijeron que no estaba en su lista de reservas, cuando llevaba mi reservacion confirmada, tuve que irme a otro hotel,al dia siguiente fui por la mañana haber que había pasado con mi reservacion y me dijeron que supuestamente ya habia llegado .....cuando ni siquiera era cierto, donde esta el compromiso......
