"The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."

We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else...
