"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"

"Wir waren eine Nacht hier , es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich, nur einpaar Schritte zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, Essen hatten wir nicht gebucht, da wir morgens früh zurückgeflogen sind. Aber das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. "

"Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet choices though don’t expect good coffee (didn't have dinner there). Convenient for local cafes and buses to/from airport or Palma. Right on a great walking/cycling coast path- head towards Palma for a lovely stroll. Nice lounge and bar opening onto attractive pools and seating area. Great heated lap pool and well set up for cyclists. Room was very clean and a decent size. Cons: Very slow check in (45mins) even though we’d dropped...
