"Nice old building (gargoyles!) Done up well, right across Rundle Mall. Nice rooftop bar, breakfast good though a bit pricey. Area very central, so convemient; but also a bit noisy (tram; Hindley st nightlife). I also found the elevator bing sounds a bit annoying overnight; but was in a room right opposite the elevator, so this is likely not an issue in most rooms."

Bathroom whilst not modern, it was very clean. We had some medical appts and motel allowed us to leave car longer than paid for, very grateful for that as would have been difficult to find a park where we were. "
