"Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, decent linens including plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub areas were stocked with plenty of towels, hot tub was HOT, and both were in pretty good condition. Breakfast was the standard fare. The two rooms we had could use a new couch and one that’s not dingy old fabric would be ideal. We’d probably stay here again if we visit St Jo area due to good value for the price point. "

"Had stayed here before a few years ago. Great location and views of Lake Michigan. Appears rooms are being upgraded gradually. Our room was mostly complete. Nice breakfast area. Biggest complaint was the pool area. The water appeared cloudy so we didn't go in it. The hot tub was hot but the Jets didn't work! And the rim of the hot tub was dirty or stained from past use. There were a few things that could be better: The elevator became noisy, there was some broken glass in the window next to the elevator on the 5th floor, and the light in the bathroom would not stay on but rather blinked, but you get what you pay for.
