"Great atmosphere. The location was very convenient as we had an event at CHI Health. The service was great. The food was great. We used the Skywalk to get to our event, it was below zero so this was very convenient. The parking was easily accessible and the stay was very satisfactory. Would definitely recommend to others!"

"Very attractive decor. Rooms were very clean and well appointed., and the amenities like the gym, and the patio looked very nice. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. No one to help with bags ( I had two) getting in and out of the doors, which I thought was odd. Staff at the bar could use more training on guest attentiveness. "

"Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. "My boyfriend and I spent Valentines Day/Night here and it was lovely!!! My boyfriend accidentally dropped and broke our bottle of "Pinot Grigio" during check-in and a gentleman (he was African American. I did not catch his name) that worked there, promptly replaced it and wished us a "Happy Valentines Day!" It really made our night!!!"

However, I didnt get a lick of sleep since 2 rooms close by me on my floor were having parties. After 2nd call made to front desk at 3am, the noise finally settled enough to sleep by 3:30am!!!!
