"Check in was quick and very smooth, needed to pay for local tax and car park on arrival which was easily done at reception. All staff were very friendly and offer to help with any needs. Bed is very comfortable and room is warm, also very quiet considering a train track is behind hotel which takes you anywhere you need to be. We left the hotel and in 20 mins we was at the Eiffel Tower! Couple of restaurants just outside and also a nice pastry shop just over the pathway. "

"It is what you expect a budget hotel to be. The room was clean and the staff made our bed and gave us new towels everyday. The washroom layout was a bit strange but it worked fine. The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price. The room does not have a kettle or fridge and a hairdryer has to be loaned from reception in exchange for a piece of ID, which we thought was strange but it worked out fine. "I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. The lobby smelled terrible upon check in, something resembling rotten tuna, their entire check in system is incredibly confusing and difficult if you arrive at the wrong time, the bathroom was dirty, and...
