"The staff was wonderful! It is convenient to all of the attractions in St. Augustine. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. I especially loved the scones and the coffee. My friend really liked the waffles. What we didn't like was the height and comfort of the beds and the heat and air controls. The chairs were uncomfortable and there was no table. I had to call front desk and asked them if they knew there was a dog barking in the hotel, they did and were working to contact the customer but the customer was not answering the call or returning their call.
