I did not like the slamming of self closing doors late into the night, heavy furniture being dragged across floor upstairs, late at night nor being downgraded to a single room when I booked a 2 room unit. I had requested ground floor if possible and must have ensuite ...seems you can't have it all but still, let's talk about it.. having a separate room was why I booked there initially so it was important...

"This motel is close to the airport which was very convenient since we traveled almost 22hrs to get to Auckland . Staff is really nice. Beds were comfortable. "

"Hotel itself is spartan but clean and quiet. Good bus and train service but a long way from downtown and tourist attractions. Discount mall nearby and shops for Indian and Muslim community. Not as safe after dark. Several bars just up the road with shouting and police sirens at night."
