They offer an ATM machine in the lobby but for some reason only allowed $40 to be withdrawn at a time.- it’d take 3 transactions to cover the deposit with a minimum of $12.00 in bank fees. 0 stars for that part only. "The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. ...

"All was fine, except for the $10 early arrival fee. We arrived at 1:30 PM. They were not busy. The room was already done. Why the fee?"

"Extended Stay Auburn Hills is an very good hotel. The ladies are so sweet, Lynn is awesome. I love her personality. The ladies have great hospitality, and they are very nice people! The room is great! Housekeeping is awesome as well. Jawanna and the newest Housekeeper are very sweet as well. Overall, the hotel have good people, it's quiet, clean, and people say to themselves!"

"The housekeeping did my room even though I had a DND tag on my door and I had a bunch of personal belongings around. And when I told the front desk they didn’t offer anything to me as compensation. They just said sorry and moved on. If that hadn’t happened I would have stayed there again. "
