It is usually quiet at least in the area where I stayed.This time however, there was a disturbance near my room, which started at around 10 p.m., and it took all night for someone to do something about it. This was also the way I found out, that the phone in the room was not working, and there was no way to contact the front desk. Apparently it has been like that for years. Something needs to be done about better security."

"Super clean and new hotel. Pretty consistent with holiday inn express properties. Bed was comfortable. Was great for what I needed for one night while just passing thru. My only complaint is that hotels.com says properties are pet friendly but doesnt list if there is a fee or not. Wasn’t a huge deal but I was charged $50 for my dog. "

"Been coming to Palm Springs for 20 years and usually stay in the same place but decided to try this property and I’m so happy I did!! Check in was a breeze and parking was ample. Stayed in the room with the king sized bed and kitchen which was super clean and had everything we needed. Sat in different areas and enjoyed the water feature and quiet of the grounds. I would completely stay here again and most likely will on our next visit. Bravo 👏 "
