"This hotel is updated and modern. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, as was the extra rollout we requested. The complementary breakfast was good with a lot of options. The swimming pool was small but there was a nice hot tub and large fitness room. Safe parking, and a very quiet area."

The girl behind the desk told me it was actually 3pm. Understandable but how I was told and it was handled was not good. It was not explained to me that that was their policy and their system would not allow, I was told only that it was 3pm and she was not going to check me in. People skills were quite lacking.
