"My family and I booked this stay last minute whilst traveling down from North QLD. Staff were amazing and communication was top notch. The cabin we stayed in was great, however no channels on the TV were working except for ABC and Ch9. Wifi was supplied however didn't work at all. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we kept the bathroom door closed and that did stop a lot of smell from seeping throughout the cabin. Overall it was good for a quick stopover while traveling."

"Perfect access to the Beach (1min walk). Bungalow was a little bit dirty/gritty and bed mattress was a bit worse for ware. Most of the blinds didn't really cover the window/door sides (people would be able to see in). Reception was excellent and friendly. All amenities and activities are awesome, clean and functional. Nice and quiet at night when sleeping. Hear the subtle waves in the distance when awake. Good parking."

"Arrived for late check in, got into cabin and it smelt stale, sheets were stained, lounge was covered in black marks, window curtains for mouldy, there was a booger on night stand next to bed. We left 3 hours later and continued trip. Absolutely appalled and never will stay again. "

"Breakfast was 30 minutes late because coffee wasn't started until after we had seated ourselves. One of their regular customers said that we would have waffles. After waiting quite a while, I asked about the waffles and was told that we should have booked into the hotel next door to get waffles. Although I told them we would be arriving late, (10:30), no one was working the check in desk and a sign was posted on a phone, telling late arrivals to dial 204, where the hotel operator lived. 30...
