"How can i claim a refund for this booking, the hotel was dreadful with Mold in the rooms and the door key cards did not work leaving the rooms open for anyone to walk into, such an unpleasant visit with no safety measures in place, we ended up leaving and booking into another hotel"

"The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and...

"Stayed at the silk rooms on our first visit to knutsford. We were in the area as were attending a friends wedding. We would have loved to have visit the restaurant beneath the rooms, however aware that this was under refurbishment. Room was amazing! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much. "
