"The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was insanely loud when running, as was the heater. There was no low setting for the fan on the heater, we had to turn it off. The lady on the front desk was friendly and helpful."

"AC needs to be fixed. This hotel sent a link earlier to fill out all necessary details like drivers license, CC, vehicle information, demographics. When we checked in we had to do all of that again on paper. When I told the staff we already did that online, she just shrugged. I guess don’t send the link to customers next time so as not to do it twice. "

"My sheets were stained, there is no shower curtain, there is no remote, 1 pillow and it’s super thin. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. Very bad place to stay don’t believe the 8 rating it should be about a 3 and staff is very loud and stingy when even asking for a pillow. "

"This is a cute, newly renovated house in a great location near new river gorge National park with lots of amenities. We loved the hot tub and the game room in the basement. The house could have been cleaner, we had a few cleanliness issues including finding dirty dishes in the cabinet. "
