I did like the room and it was just like the pictures. The breakfast was decent. I didn't like that it was noisy. I could hear the door going out to the outside. I also could hear stomping from the floor above my room. I don't know if the people above me had a lot of kids or not. I am not sure if I would stay in another Home 2 suites again.

If I was going to cancel, I had to by October 12. On October 14 the manager changed my reservation WITHOUT TELLING me to another bed selection (I reserved king, received 2 doubles). I also wasn't told at check-in. When I asked I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I wasn't an important enough Hilton customer to qualify for the reservation I made. Seriously - that's what I was told. I wasn't given the option to cancel at that point because I wouldn't have stayed.
