Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La. "
