"We were looking for an affordable room in Assisi so we didn’t need luxury. This fit the bill. The best thing about it was the restaurant in the hotel, which had excellent food and groups of pilgrims. "

"A fair value hotel clise to the entrance to the city walls. If you have a car there is free public parking close to the hotel. It was cold and the heat and the room was controlled by the owner. It was on in the evening - turned off overnighr and on the next morning. Okay for a one night stay."

"Clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice. Did not like cats roaming the kitchen and dining areas and sleeping on the tables. Too many cats inside the hotel. Also on leaving on our last day no one was up. No breakfast. We waited till 7:30."
