We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
