Was welcomed by Il Capo and his family (Fabio and his wife and 2 sons) special shout out to Fabio and Eduardo who spoke very good English and recommended us great places to visit. They made us feel like being at home. Their hotel has a small pool… perfect for a dip in to cool off and a brand new jacuzzi which was a bonus! Great location with nice views from the rooms. "Beautiful place and unique vibe. The host is amazing - we had a special experience there. The breakfast was different with homemade dishes and generally it was very good compared to other farmers we stayed in our trip. Very recommended."

Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

Rooms not been cleaned a single time in one week, for change of towels we had to ask. Finally landlord said he never received 30% of prepayment (which we advised but didn't have papers at hand as we trusted and thought confirmation of booking would be proof...
