Based on the previous review they have no courtesy with removing their listing from booking sites when full, they are greedy and purposely overbook then try to lure you to stay in their other hotels at a much higher rate and lower quality. "The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!!! Every morning they greet you and remember your name. Every evening they would ask how my day was and what adventures I had. I absolutely loved it!!! Sadly my trip was cut short due to my heart problems and I left three days early. BUT!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
