You pay for the location, not for the hotel. The receptionist who works the night shift does not have a good attitude towards customers.I do not recommend it, I will not rent at the hotel ACQUA again. TU PAGAS POR LA LOCATION ,NO POR EL HOTEL. Everything was good in the middle of the action in provenza room amenities like towels need an update, you only get 2 per room people are nice, heard housekeeping boss yelling at their employees breakfast ia basic but good! Not luxury just convenience

This hotel did a poor job with my accommodations Arrived a day late due to plane mechanical issues no compensation the ac/heat unit did not work And asked hotel to arrange car service from hotel to airport and in doing so poorly executed and I missed my flight
