"Wanted a base near the train station which is a little over 5mins walk. Read some reviews saying rooms were dated but ours was in good condition. Like the impressive reception and bar area. Good breakfast choices - scrambled egg, sausages and (wafer thin) bacon along what usual meats, cheeses and bread. Gym was adequate for a hotel with what seemed fairly new equipment. Staff we seen were friendly. "

Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, including good restaurant right in front, overlooking the water, which supports those with additional learning needs. Had a great meal there.
