"Great hostel, good location, clean rooms, helpful staff"

"Good breakfast. The receptionist was a wonderful, hard working person. Property entrance could benefit from newer flags or some other identification above door. Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned. Freshening up the entry would put a truer face on what the property is. Easy walk to old town square and Prague community building is just one block away."

"Pretty decent for the price. It’s a student dorm with a little kitchen, which was a nice thing to have. I arrived and there were about half a dozen spiders in the room, which was quite gross - hence the 3/5 stars for cleanliness. Basic budget hotel if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep. Transportation is fantastic. The tram is right outside so it’s easy to get to and from the core. A safe area too. "

"Great Spot right in Old Town. Definitely an older building so older facilities but would recommended to those who are not as picky. For example the shower and washroom situation is limited for the number of people. No AC. and the top bunks are fully exposed. The staff are excellent and you can't beat the location."

Thank you. 1 recommendation would be to please have a mirror in each room, saves time in the shared bathrooms. Stayed in room 14 i think (3 beds) but no mirror. Thanks for all! "The staff was very rude.the room was extremely hot. They gave a mini fan which almost did not have any efficiency.we kept the windows open both nights during out stay. The hallway carpet was filthy and dirty.. we requested the staff to change the room and they did not help though there were several rooms in the first floor. 0 rating!!!!!!!!!"

"We rented two “superior studio” apartments for 15 days .One was fine but the other was very very small- hardly room for luggage and two people. Both were the same price which was not warranted due to the size of the smaller one. The television never properly worked in the larger apartment even though the technician came. He could not fix the satellite connection and never returned. Also they were on the 6th floor and the lift only went to the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up and down...
