"Nice colonial era house that has been converted to a B&B. Rooms are all on inner courtyard with a pool. Hotel is in a good location. Very convenient to all attractions. Rooms don't have air conditioning, only fans. Had to pay in cash when checking out."

"It is a low cost hostel and well worth the money. Nice big room with a big bathroom and a small balcony. It was clean, but could do with a little renovation. The staff were friendly and spoke good English and they provided me with a bag with some breakfast, since I had to leave before 5 am. I will happily stay there again. "

"Een goed hotel op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het stadsstrand. Er zijn genoeg winkel en bakkers in de buurt. De bedden zijn echt top en de kamers zijn goed schoon. De wifi werkt ook perfect. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Een prima verblijfplek voor een aantal dagen in Mindelo."

"No toilets in common areas. No restaurant yet. Breakfast very disappointing. Bread always seemed stale, as did the sweet biscuits. En-suite in the room good, but lacked a door, so no privacy when using the toilet. Night manager was good. The rest of the staff seemed very inexperienced."
