"Beautiful historic hotel situated in the middle of town. The sittting areas in the mezzanine and 2nd floor were wonderful for hanging out."

"stayed at the Bishop for one night with family in a 2 bedroom suite. It was cozy, being a "period hotel", the rooms were on the smaller side. Everything was adequate for our stay. Just a note, for those with bad knees, the stairs in the hotel are steeper and smaller than modern standards. Front desk was nice and polite."

"Our first night stay, went well, check in was easy, easy parking and check out. I wish more coffee pod flavors. Tried taking my puppy for a walk in the morning but a lot of people out and about some homeless. But just be mindful. Drove to get breakfast. Found a place close by for dinner. Our view from our room was nice view of the water, our room was cozy with the heater and our bed so comfortable. Wish the room was a bit bigger for the price. But for a night was good. "

"We loved staying here, views are incredible and downtown Port Townsend is on the doorstep, walking distance to everything. We had no problems parking and didn't move our car for the 3 days we were there. Could maybe use some more kitchen items but with all the restaurants so close by it isn't really an issue. We hope to make it back again in the not too distant future."

"The Starrett House was a wonderful surprise. I felt like I was living in a museum instead of simple bed and breakfast. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and contained everything I needed. My breakfast was definitely on the gourmet side and I enjoyed sitting in the formal dining room feeling like I was a guest of the family who built the home.
