"I would not book at this hotel again. I paid $164.00 for one night, and my first impressions were terrible. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I stood there waiting. Eventually, another couple arrived as well. I saw a cleaning lady and asked her if someone was supposed to be at the front desk. She responded in Spanish, apologizing and saying she would look for the person in charge. The cleaning lady entered a code into a door, and a minute later, another lady appeared. She did not...

"Some of the furnishings are older but the rooms are always clean. My room was spacious, had a Keurig, a nice TV, and a new microwave and fridge. The property layout is convenient and the common areas and parking are well lit and on camera. There are vending machines and an ice machine convenient to the rooms. I plan to stay here whenever I’m in New Paltz. "

"Pleasantly surprised based on the very reasonable price for this hotel. Loved all about the location within a nice little residential not busy at all neighborhood, the creek view from the rooms, the old schoolish look of the property/building but at the same time updated just enough for a very nice stay. Love the shower. Had 3 recent stays in the past 2 months elsewhere with the 1/4 to 1/2 glass showers where basically you are showering in the entire bathroom as water goes all over into the rest...
